Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on used, painted, customized, or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return any new and unused part to us within 30 days from the shipment date and we’ll refund the full purchase price excluding shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned according to the instructions below. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise. Merchandise may be subject to 15% minimum restocking fee, depending on its condition. Please keep all boxes, warranties and owner’s manuals when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned. No returns will be accepted on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special" items. Please pre-fit these items before painting. Electrical items are limited to a 10 day return period. All claims on products that are damaged during shipping must be reported to NEW TRUCK STUFF within 48 hours of delivery.
